How to Transfer Data From Old Phone to New Phone: Before You Start

• Charge both phones above 50%.
• Connect both to the same Wi-Fi.
• Make a fresh WhatsApp backup.

Android to Android

1. Turn on the new phone and choose Copy apps & data.
2. Connect with a cable or wirelessly and follow the steps.
3. Samsung users can use Smart Switch.
4. Sign in with the same Google account so contacts and photos sync.

iPhone to iPhone

1. Place the new iPhone next to the old one and use Quick Start.
2. Or restore from an iCloud backup during setup.

Android to iPhone
